Manager Commercial Real Estate Market Intelligence For the analysis of commercial real estate markets (Commercial Real Estate, CRE), we are looking for an analytically strong personality with profound experience in research and in the assessment of market and environment developments. Your task is to study market dynamics qualitatively and quantitatively and to make their impact on the credit portfolio and the risk situation of the bank transparent. You bring a deep understanding of commercial real estate markets, macroeconomic interactions and structural trends. You have the conceptual strength to translate complex market and risk developments into clear analyses and recommendations for action. Topics such as usage trends, climate risks, transformation requirements, market regulations and international real estate trends motivate you to try out new research approaches and answer challenging questions based on data. You like to work independently and at the same time bring your expertise constructively into cooperation in the team and with stakeholders. Analysis of market, structural and risk factors in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and derivation of relevant developments and implications Assessment of market and environmental risks, including regulatory influences and macroeconomic interactions Observing international CRE trends, ESG regulatory, research publications and capital market indicators and integrating these impulses into the further development of the analysis work Building and developing monitoring systems for early indication of opportunities and risks in the commercial real estate market performing scenario analyses, model simulations and quantitative research formats for decision support and for deriving strategic implications Regular presentation of complex analyses in committees, management panels and cross-departmental working groups

Successfully completed studies of economics, real estate economics, economics, statistics or related fields of study Found experience in the analysis of commercial real estate markets ideally in research, risk controlling, investment or valuation environment Very good knowledge of quantitative methods and safe handling of data, models, statistical evaluations and research tools Ability to prepare complex market developments in a structured, comprehensible and addressable manner Joy in exploring new research paths, data sources and analytical methods A big plus is programming knowledge (e.g. Python, R, EViews) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, especially for work with international data, publications and presentations Presentation strength and experience in the presentation of analytical findings in decision bodies High self-initiative, conceptual strength and desire for interdisciplinary cooperation Don't worry – even if you don't meet all the criteria, the place could still fit you perfectly.
