As part of the Department of Primary Technology and the Department of Network Quality, the Working Group Qualification Kabel is responsible for the assembly training and the high-voltage test field of the Stromnetz Berlin GmbH. Here you will directly shape the quality and future of cable assembly in Berlin. You know the cable assembly from practice – and you want to pass on your knowledge? Then become part of our team and form the next generation of Monteur. Training of technicians, trainees and partner companies – in the area of cable assembly (1–10 kV) and work under tension sharing experience from the practice and development of the next generation of professionals Active co-design and further development of assembly training Checking the quality of Mondays and materials used and ensuring compliance with standards Analyzing errors in equipment and deriving improvements for practice Your further tasks include: evaluating new assembly techniques and testing their practical application Pre-qualifying materials, tools and equipment for cable assembly Creating and updating assembly instructions in understandable and practical form

a completed training in electrical engineering (EFK). Experience in cable assembly (1–10 kV). well-founded knowledge in assembly techniques of medium and low voltage networks. Joy in sharing knowledge and the development of technicians, trainees and partner companies. a safe and value-estimating occurrence and a self-responsible and team-oriented way of working. a class B licence. Plus, but no need: an instructor's appropriation (AEVO) or the willingness to acquire it with our support a structured and practical way of thinking and interest in the further development of assembly training
