Your tasks:

• Operation, installation and monitoring of twin-screw extruders including associated plant technology
• Ensuring a smooth production process in coordination with shift management and team
• Support of adjacent production areas to ensure continuous material flow
• Conducting and evaluating test runs to optimize processes and product quality
• Documentation of production data for compliance with quality and safety standards
• dismantling, cleaning and reconstruction of production plants
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations

Your profile:

• Complete technical training, e.g. as a procedural mechanic, machine and plant leader or comparable qualification
• First experience in production, ideally with knowledge in mechanics or electrical engineering
• willingness to work in the 3-shift system and occasionally on Saturdays
• forklifts of advantage, but no condition
• Quality-conscious, reliable and solution-oriented operation
• Teamability and physical loadability
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
