You are responsible for the smooth handling of our transport processes. These include the creation of offers, the acceptance and collection of orders and the support of our customers in the service. In addition, you take over the disposition and ensure that our transports are executed on time by targeted vehicle orders. The daily tasks include the preparation of loading and coordination with colleagues in loading. In addition, contact with international drivers who are loaded or unloaded with us and thus ensure a smooth running on site. Occasionally, you support truck handling. You take over the reprocessing of the loading, for example the production of unloading reports and the preparation of the billing.

You have completed vocational training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable commercial qualification.

You ideally have several years of professional experience in disposition, transport processing or customer support, preferably in the international environment.

You are on the move in German - English skills are advantageous.
