Together with our software team, you will develop our mobile portal solutions for the communication around the company's pensions. You analyze technical requirements, translate them into clear specifications and design customer-oriented digital solutions from idea to implementation. You tune requirements with specialist areas and technical teams and as a central contact person you accompany the establishment of new customer portals. You plan, organize and document functional as well as professional tests and thus support high quality throughout the entire development process. You identify useful applications for artificial intelligence – for example in case of request analysis, documentation, quality assurance or test automation – and support their responsible integration into our solutions and workflows.

You have a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics, mathematics, economic or natural sciences or a comparable qualification. You convince with very good analytical and conceptual skills, a solution-oriented way of working and a secure understanding of economic relationships. You can analyze and document complex issues in a structured manner, as well as understandable, precise and target-group-oriented manner. You have experience in project work. You bring experience in the planning, execution and documentation of tests as well as a pronounced quality awareness and high detail accuracy. You are interested in artificial intelligence and modern digital tools; Ideally, you have already gained initial experience with AI-based analysis, documentation, software development or test automation. Your own initiative, communication strength, enforcing ability, and a safe occurrence are yours. You work team-oriented and keep the needs of our customers in mind. Flowing German knowledge to at least C1 level and very good English knowledge complete your profile.
