The Pleißental Clinic was opened in Werdau in 1999. In the modern hospital of regular care, 7 specialist departments annually receive approx. 9,000 patients inpatient care. For our more than 450 employees, this structure offers a wide range of possibilities for development.

PROFIL**

• Successfully completed training as a nurse (m/w/d); as a nurse (m/w/d); as Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) or a comparable
• Communication strength as well as a always friendly, safe and sensitive occurrence
• Responsibility, commitment and team capacity
• readiness to see service (3-shift system) and participation of weekend and holiday services

• Planning of individual care needs and independent care and care of sick and needy patients
• Care professional advice from patients and their relatives
• complete and correct care documentation as part of the care process
• Cooperation with all parties involved in the treatment process

**

• a responsible and varied activity as possible in full-time employment (39.5h/week)
• a remuneration according to the contract of house and collectively regulated additional services such as VWL, additional company services etc.
• Financial support for further education and training
