You: advises customers on our digital signage system and our video surveillance and conference system. develops proactively need-oriented customer solutions. coordinates and processes customer requests as well as disruptions using our ticket system. first set customer-specific instructions and supports your colleagues in support and rollouts.

You: have a successfully completed commercial IT vocational training (e.g. IT system merchant or specialist system integration) or an equivalent training/training. brings good experience in digital signage and video management software (CCTV) and systems. have basic knowledge with conference systems and security technology. has very good German (at least level C1) and good English (at least level B2) to support our customers nationally and internationally. have at least 2-3 years experience in customer service and sales. have a quick understanding and understanding of customer requirements.
