As (Senior) Sales Manager, you are responsible for expanding our business with corporate bonds and investment solutions for wealthy private customers. You set up emissions, build sustainable investor relationships and actively contribute your capital market know-how to the strategic development of our sales. Location: Düsseldorf (HQ-Office) Scope: Full time salary range: 90.000 – 120.000 € depending on experience and qualification (fix + uncovered commission)

As Senior Sales Manager: you are a key component for our further growth in corporate bonds and structured investment products for wealthy private customers (HNWI & UHNWI). You win new customers, record innovative emissions and develop our Investor Relationship at the highest level. You position investment products in a network of demanding investors and bring your capital market know-how into the strategic development of our sales. Your tasks Acquise & Consulting: Identification, addressing and consulting pre-qualified private customers for the placement of bonds and selected investment structures.

Relationship Building: Establishing, supporting and expanding an exclusive network of retail, private and HNWI investors – mainly by phone and digital as well as personally through targeted events.

Transaction success: Active distribution of primary market emissions and strategic volume increase of all relevant products.

Strategic development: independent development and implementation of new sales and address concepts for demanding investor segments.

Market monitoring: Analysis of market trends, competitors and regulatory developments for continuous optimization of sales strategy.

Result Reporting: Clear monitoring and reporting of all sales measures to ensure and increase success.

Proofable sales successes in the capital market environment – ideally in the field of fixed income, (company) bonds or structured products for private customers (HNWI).

Deep understanding of the capital market (preferably with reference to systematic/modern investment concepts) and high degree.

Excellent communication, consulting and negotiation capabilities at C level as well as readiness for high-touch consideration.

Negotiating and contract-proof German.
