Medical Billing Staff (m/f/d)

Self-testing and billing of laboratory services (laboratory community, IGeL, private billing, professional cooperatives, hospitals and collective bills) Control of laboratory orders for completeness and plausibility Collection and processing of orders in the laboratory information systems (Medat, H&S, VAULT) and in the scanning system (AB+M) Participation in the preparation of quarterly and annual accounts Implementation of booking and reminding Competent contact person for patients, medical practices, hospitals and co-operation partners (m/w/d) in all questions about billing Takeover of general administrative and organisational office activities

Graduated training in healthcare, e.g. for medical professionals (m/w/d) or a commercial training with ideally experience in medical billing (e.g. Good knowledge of GOÄ, UV-GOÄ and IGeL accounting Safe handling of MS Office as well as pleasure in digital applications Very good knowledge of German as well as a pronounced communication skills in word and writing Structured, careful and self-responsible operation Impressed service orientation, communication strength and team spirit High level of reliability and organisational skills
