They follow the project progress of country-wide construction projects according to the performance phases of HOAI You are responsible for continuous monitoring of project risks from planning approval to technical acquisition of construction projects, thereby initiating cross-project countercontrol measures They advise our branches in terms of planning, control and monitoring of construction projects (e.g. in case of variant comparisons before project decisions, testing of cost determinations according to DIN 276, issues of procurement strategy, preparation of project claims and risk calls) They analyse construction projects in detail on the basis of key figures and data evaluations, on this basis You have internal benchmarks and an early warning system focusing on costs, dates and risks They take over the content of project monitoring appointments with the branches and ensure smooth exchange of information and effective knowledge transfer With your well-founded expertise and innovative approaches, you actively contribute to the continuous development of the risk management of construction projects

They have a successfully completed university degree (Diplom/Bachelor/ Master) in the field of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, real estate management or a comparable discipline. Further requirements: They bring at least three years of practical professional experience in a comparable position within the construction or real estate sector with They are characterized by excellent communication skills and convince with a conceptual, strategic and analytical approach They like to work in the team and interact with both internal and external customers They have certain knowledge of German that corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing).
