In Ettenheim, Georg Fischer Piping Systems manufactures plastic pipe systems and valves from fluoropolymers for the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries as well as chemical equipment construction. One of the largest cleanrooms in Europe for plastics processing is located in the areas of assembly, machining, extrusion and injection molding. As an employee:in tool preparation with a focus on mold assembly, you have a key role: You make sure that our injection molding tools are always ready for use at the right time, in the best condition. In short, nothing goes without you!

You rebuild our injection molding tools and make them ready for production in time. Defects are detected at an early stage, carefully fixed and take care of regular maintenance. You actively support our production – even with tricky tasks. Working with ongoing projects, commemorating and improving – in the sense of Lean and 5S. Reliability, accuracy and high quality standards are your daily work.

A completed technical training, preferably as a tool mechanic:in – or something comparable. You already have experience? Great! You're a professional beginner:in? Also great! Main thing motivated! Team spirit, flexibility and technical understanding are just as natural as a careful one. Ready for use in 3-layer operation and working under clean room conditions. Working. Good knowledge of German in word and writing – so that communication in the team works smoothly.
