Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - Computer Science, Business Informatics (m/w/d)

Responsible end-to-end implementation, configuration and continuous optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation and Succession & Development Professional leadership, control and mentoring of junior and mid-level consultants and key users in the international environment Development and responsibility of solution architectures and technical design concepts for complex, global HR transformation projects Strategic advice on HR management, IT leadership and specialist areas in the further development of the SuccessFactors system landscape Control of system migrations. Integrations (e.g. SAP MCM on-premise, SAP BTP, third-party) as well as releases and upgrades Proactive identification of optimization potentials in existing processes and systems as well as development and implementation of concrete improvement measures Responsible requirements management in close coordination with stakeholders from HR, IT, Finance and Business at national and international level Conception and implementation of training, workshops and change management measures for key users, end users and executives

Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, software development, IT management, IT strategy, business management (BWL) with focus on IT/ERP/SAP management or comparable

Multiannual professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and consulting, of which ideally 2 years in a responsible role

Experience in the project management, or co-direction of international, cross-functional HR IT projects, ideally in the context of rollout or multi-entity programs Understanding data migration techniques and integration possibilities within SuccessFactors, or HCM4Hana and other systems Deep, cross-module know-how in the SuccessFactors modules, sound understanding of integration architectures and knowledge of legal HR requirements and international HR best practices German and English skills High analytical competence combined with a structured, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial approach Embossed communication and presentation strength as well as sovereign leadership and coaching skills Impressed sense of responsibility and initiative as well as ability to prioritize yourself in a dynamic environment
