IT Operation Manager (m/f/d)

As IT Operations Manager (m/w/d) you combine technical expertise with operational responsibility: Ensuring live drive mode: You are the centrepiece for the smooth and safe running of our draws (Lotto, Eurojackpot, KENO and special draws) – from active system monitoring to coordination with 2nd level support and draw guides. Technical Sparring Partner: You take responsibility for our IT gaming systems, carry out acceptance tests and contribute to maintenance, troubleshooting and modernization of our digital drawing equipment and rooms. Process Designer & Digitalizer: You are actively involved in the further development and digitization of the game business processes and are involved in relevant projects. Quality and safety: You carry out comprehensive auditing and control processes (e.g. profit releases, billings, security checks) and are the primary contact person for game-related incidents and 1st level support.

A successfully completed study of computer science, business informatics or a related study programme. Even ambitious graduates are welcome! Across?
