Sirup production: For professional mixing of our drinks, make sure that the recipes are adhered exactly. Process monitoring: You control and control the individual steps in syrup production and ensure continuous quality. Machines refurbish & maintain: You carry out format change at the plants and take over smaller maintenance activities during operation. loss minimisation: You are actively working to reduce material losses and standstills – so everything goes round. Safety & Environmental Standards: You know the current requirements and implement them consistently – for safe, sustainable production. Cleanliness & Hygiene: You clean your systems regularly and keep the syrup area hygienic. Quality Consciousness: You pay attention to compliance with microbiological and analytical standards in accordance with PepsiCo requirements. Cross-range: If necessary, you also support in the filling process and thus ensure a smooth production process.

Education: You have a completed vocational training in a food profession and bring experience in beverage production. Technology understanding: You know about process systems and bring experience in handling automation systems. Quality focus: You have a strong awareness of food safety and quality of production. Process technology: You understand technical processes and can operate them safely. Production systems: You work routined according to standardized specifications and keeps the processes in mind. Ready to use: You bring the necessary flexibility to work in a changing production environment. Communication: Flowing German knowledge is a must.
