Drawing creation & care: You first, rework and care technical drawings in the form of outlines, cuts, views and 3D representations. Inventory Documentation (As-built): You take the inclusion, updating and adaptation of inventory plans and ensure their topicality. Detail planning & supplements: You design machinery and equipment and supplement pipelines as well as technical installations in existing and new plans. Special Plans: You'll first and recommend running maps, fire plans and escape and rescue plans. Planning competence: Depending on the experience, you will create schemes (e.g. ventilation, heating, cold, electric), schematics as well as channel guidance and pipeline plans (carrying plans). Layout planning: You will first set up plans for new plants and support integration into existing structures. CAD Management: You are responsible for maintaining and managing the company-wide CAD data. Document management: You structure and manage technical drawings, schematics and plans of existing systems and build an efficient storage system (e.g. DMS) that allows for quick detection – including digital operating instructions. Data and structure quality: You're thinking of a comprehensible, consistent and forward-looking documentation structure. Cooperation & vote: You work closely with external experts, architects and internal interfaces.

Qualification: You have completed training as a technical designer/technical system planner (m/w/d), ideally related to technical building equipment (TGA). Professional experience: You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position. CAD and system knowledge: You bring well-founded knowledge in 2D and 3D CAD processing and ideally have experience with Autodesk products (e.g. AutoCAD, Fusion). BIM competence: You have experience in editing and managing BIM formats. IT know-how: You are safe in handling the current MS Office applications. Language skills: You have very good German skills (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2). Communication: You are communicative and like to work with different interfaces. Works: You are characterized by a structured, careful and independent way of working. Reliability: You work reliably and responsibly. Solution orientation: You think solution-oriented and introduce pragmatic approaches.
