You set up processes for further processing by the complaint department. You support the quality assurance of inputs in the complaint system.

You are an immatricated student best with legal reference, or an economics field. In dealing with MS Office (Excel, Word) you are safe and interested in working in technical systems. A reliable, structured and independent way of working is obvious to you. You like to work in new and exciting topics. Very good analytical skills and team skills are your strengths.
