Project Manager Site Expansion / Expansion Manager (m/w/d)

The EDEKA trading company Hessenring mbH, headquartered in the North Hessian Melsungen, leads the field in the food industry in the region with more than 500 EDEKA markets. We supply the independent EDEKA retailers and our directing companies with food and non-food articles in our core sales area of Hesse, South Lower Saxony and Thuringia from our extradition companies Melsungen, Großen-Buseck and Straußfurt. For the EDEKA Handelsgesellschaft Hessenring mbH at the Buseck site, we are looking for a project manager location expansion / expansion manager (m/w/d).

Your own expansion area: You are responsible for the processing of your assigned expansion area. Project development: They take over the project development from property objects to the building permit and also that of the rental properties until the conclusion of the lease agreements. Negotiation: You take over the property acquisition, negotiate with investors, builders, brokers, project developers and municipalities as well as overriding administrative institutions. Negotiations: They are responsible for post-negotiations of stock contracts and leases with regard to lengthening, rebuilding, building cost subsidies, rental interest changes and lease contract increases. Analysis: You develop market and competition analyses (GIS) in your expansion area. Planning: You actively participate in planning discussions with internal and external planners. Responsibility They ensure compliance with timetables, budgets and quality standards throughout the project.

Education: You have a successfully completed study of the fields of civil engineering, architecture, project management in civil engineering, geography, real estate management or a comparable qualification. Expertise: They bring professional experience in the project management of construction projects, including with the independent management of projects and in the planning, construction and rental contract law. Know-how: You have profound knowledge in Microsoft Office applications. Personality: They are characterized by analytical and organizational skills and a structured way of working. You have a high social competence in dealing with business partners and colleagues. Communication capability: They have knowledge of German in word and writing and are strong in communication. Mobility: You have a valid class B licence.
