Your tasks

Integration of external systems via APIs, web services and other interfaces into our system landscape. Analysis, design and development of holistic IT solutions in close cooperation with the departments. Analysis, optimization, customizing and documentation of business processes in Salesforce, Parloa and adjacent systems. Continuous optimization and automation of processes, data stocks, data quality and administrative settings across different departments. Creating meaningful reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Parloa. Central contact for all technical questions concerning Salesforce and Parloa. Recording, designing and implementing new specialist requirements together with the specialist areas – including the development of suitable solution concepts and customizing. Close cooperation with specialist areas as well as control and coordination of external service providers. Ensure the availability, stability and service quality of the supervised applications. Preparation of test concepts and test plans as well as coordination and monitoring of functional tests. Planning and control of releases including resource coordination in coordination with the departments. Support and further development of key users and continuous improvement of user support. Creation and testing of functional and non-functional requirements and specifications as well as responsibility for implementing new processes, modules and features.
