In this position you are the hub between planning, construction site and project management. You accompany the entire construction process and ensure a smooth process. Project Calculation and Purchasing: You support the cost assessment in advance, pick up offers, check them and conduct the negotiations as well as post-negotiations until commissioning the trades. Construction preparation and control: You plan and coordinate the construction process, determine the material requirements and control the procurement in close coordination with the new building line. On-site construction monitoring: You take over the coordination and control of the after-contractors directly at the construction site, pay attention to compliance with timetables, quality standards as well as the work safety measures and carry out construction work.
