Your mission as a kitchen hero (m/w/d): You are at the side of the chef as a reliable right hand and also keep an overview when the kitchen is running high.

You ensure that every dish with the highest quality, precision and perfect timing leaves the kitchen.

You coordinate processes, motivate the team and, of course, pack them up – especially when it comes to it.

You act sovereignly in stressful situations, react flexibly to short-term changes and also find professional solutions for special guest wishes.

You support new team members in their incorporation, pass on your expertise and promote structured, collegial cooperation.

You ensure order, cleanliness and optimal preparation of all work processes – from Mise en Place to smooth service.

You bring their own ideas, develop food and design the culinary manuscript of the house together with the chef.

You work closely with kitchen and service, communicate clearly and actively contribute to a harmonious interaction of all areas.

You can bring this as a kitchen hero (m/w/d): Sense of taste & team: As a kitchen hero, you have a pronounced feel for aromas, processes and people. You know how to create culinary experiences with quality, creativity and timing that will keep guests in mind. Experience in professional kitchen: You have a well-founded professional experience in the gastronomy or hotel industry – ideally with responsibility, for example as a sous chef, Chef de Partie or in a comparable position. Organization with overview: From Mise en Place to goods and services: You work structured, prioritize securely and ensure that the kitchen works smoothly even under pressure. Clear communication & leadership: You perform respectful, give orientation and feedback at eye level and create a working environment where team spirit, reliability and appreciation are of course. High quality standards: Taste, hygiene and efficient processes are not a duty for you, but conviction. Also in challenging situations you remain focused and sovereign. Team player from conviction: You like to work in the team, motivate others and bring humor, expertise and real passion to everyday kitchens.
