You are monitoring and responsible for all processes of your department according to our quality requirements and in compliance with economic efficiency and legal requirements.

The active development and capability of the Air Import team, consisting of three employees, is one of your most important tasks. You can rely on Sparring and support from the Air Freight Manager.

You are driving forward the further development of the Air Freight import area with a hands-on mentality by introducing your expertise into the implementation and implementation of projects.

They dispose of the delivery of goods, cooperate with import customs and conduct autonomous rata negotiations with fleet operators.

Your area of responsibility also includes ensuring process-compliant documentation and billing of shipments as well as monitoring complaint and damage processing.

They serve and advise your customer group along the transport chain, create Ad-Hoc offers and correspond internationally with our DACHSER subsidiaries as well as our partners.

You have completed a training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a university degree with a focus on logistics and have already gained ground-based operational prediction experience.

Ideally, you already have first experience in the ability of employees.

They are familiar with air safety and have proven customs skills.

In addition, you have good IT skills and know the English language safely in word and writing.

You can communicate customer-oriented and have fun thinking analytic and driving developments forward.
