M.) as Senior Plant Controller / Factory Controller GENERAL WELCOME JOST-Werke Deutschland GmbH Controlling JWD at the next possible time Full time Structured & analytical. This role is nothing for purely numerical managers. It is for controllers who understand production, control performance and act as a real Sparring partner of the factory manager. You take over a key role in the Neu-Isenburg plant – with responsibility far beyond the location: production controlling, cross-company control, real business impact.

Control, monitoring and analysis of production costs and implementation of sound and deviation analyses Creation, analysis and further development of the P&L plant and support in budget and forecast processes Development of cross-work performance indicators and reporting concepts for the German locations Expansion of reporting with focus on Power BI as well as tracking performance improvement measures Controlling investment projects including cost-effectiveness calculations and efficiency analyses Close cooperation with factory management, production, logistics and quality as a commercial Sparring partner on site

Completed studies in BWL, controlling, finance or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the production / factory controlling of a manufacturing company (e.g. as a factory controller, plant controller, production controller, business controller, finance business partner production, controller industrial or comparable) Automotive experience is a plus, but no need Very good knowledge of SAP FI/CO, Excel and ideally Power BI Experience in cross-work projects and in building control standards German and English skills and strong analytical and communicative skills
