You carry out smaller tasks independently; you reliably pass on technical deficiencies to our home technology. In contact with our guests, you are open, friendly and reluctant – you take your needs and offer your help exactly when you are welcome.

Ideally, you have already gained first experience in cleaning or housekeeping and know you well with professional cleaning methods and suitable materials. You work independently, structured and carefully – with a natural feel for order, cleanliness and atmosphere. A well-maintained appearance and the claim to leave every room so that our guests feel immediately welcome, characterize you. In dealing with colleagues, you are friendly, respectful and open. Even at lively moments, you keep quiet and overview – and you like to work in the team, with mutual consideration and a clear coexistence. You have good knowledge of German or, alternatively, solid English skills to be able to move safely in everyday work. And more: You don't just want to clean up your work – you want to actively shape the guest experience. These principles are a matter of course for us – yet we would like to highlight them: We offer only permanent contracts to ensure long-term prospects. Exceptions are training contracts and explicit seasonal contracts. Working hours are accurately recorded, supported by transparent working time accounts and a user-friendly service plan app. Tariff holiday and Christmas money are of course for us and part of our fair remuneration. In addition, we allow the payment of tax-free allowances for night, Sunday and holiday work in the form of a flat-rate advance payment, provided that it allows working time. We provide modern means of communication and back office work for all departments. We rely on an innovative digitalization architecture that focuses on people and lets them do routine tasks of artificial intelligence.

And this is only the beginning: You can eat and drink with us almost for free – freshly prepared food, fair traded organic coffee or tea, high quality juices and delicious treats from our own kitchen. The costs for food and beverages are fully covered. Only the flat-rate tax on the monetary advantage must be taxed in accordance with the statutory requirements. Our remuneration is clearly above the tariff. Free time is important to us: that is why we give you two extra days of holiday per year, in addition to the tariff regulations. In addition, there is another holiday day in the year if you are proven to be volunteering. In your first job, you will receive a premium of gross 1,000 euros (500 euros after six months, 500 euros after one year of service). If you want to return to Zeppelin or to Hotel Maier one day, we will count on your new activity. For your family members, relatives and acquaintances, we offer generous conditions if you want to eat or stay with us. We support you financially in the care of infants – this support is part of the individual contract configuration. On request we help you find a suitable accommodation. No new employee had to stay outside. Alternatively, you can temporarily stay at Hotel Maier, depending on availability. Only minimal costs are incurred for this purpose.
