Annual financial statements in the insolvency and remedial environment You prepare annual accounts for companies in insolvency and restructuring procedures, taking into account the specific commercial and tax requirements of such mandates. Accounting & tax issues You assess accounting matters and deal with tax issues related to the preparation of financial statements. Cooperation in the field of proceedings You agree on accounting and tax issues with insolvency administrators, consultants and other parties to the proceedings.

Training in the tax or commercial sector You have completed a training in the tax or commercial sector, for example as a tax specialist or accounting officer (m/w/d). Experience in completion You have practical experience in the production of annual accounts and are familiar with commercial and tax accounting. DATEV identifiers You work safely with DATEV and the typical applications in everyday business. Ideal experience in the insolvency environment You already have experience with mandates in the insolvency or remedial environment or are interested in the special features of accounting in such procedures.
