Active participation in the implementation of the global corporate strategy at the German site Identification of market potentials and definition of focus regions and development of strategic concepts for dealer coverage Identification, qualification and acquisition of new sales partners as well as sales groups taking into account specific brand standards

Sovereign Head of Commercial Contract Negotiations with Potential Partners and Elaboration of Customized Cooperation Offers

Central interface management to control the entire approval process – from contract closure to successful market launch of new dealers

Full coordination of site building, including location audits, and ensuring corporate identity in accordance with global requirements

Responsibility for operational store activation, including the implementation of merchandising standards, personal training and pre-opening measures

Continuous analysis and optimization of retailer performance and monitoring compliance with operational excellence requirements

Creating sound market and competition analyses as a strategic basis for decision-making for management

Conceptual planning and operational implementation of brand events, pop-up stores and exhibitions to increase brand presence

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, Economics or Related Areas More than 10 years of experience in dealer network development or management of sales networks in the automotive industry At least 5 years of experience as a network director/manager or a comparable senior position Strong resource network and relationships with trader groups in Germany/EU desirable Designed project management capabilities, including location planning, approval of facilities and processes of retail operation Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills Proactive and innovative way of thinking, even at high work Working language: English; very good German knowledge readiness to frequent travel within the region
