Analysis, coordination and structured documentation of business processes in the engineering environment Organization, moderation and management of process workshops and interdisciplinary working groups Preparation and implementation of process and method training for engineering-relevant target groups Development, description and maintenance of KPIs to ensure and measure process quality Analysis of process deviations including Cause assessment and guidance of the participating areas in troubleshooting Creating meaningful reports on deviations, measures and process improvements Active participation in the continuous development and standardization of engineering processes
