Consultant Strategy Development (m/f/d)

As a strategic business partner of the Head of Corporate Digital Innovation & Development, you are actively supporting the development of concepts, prioritisation, decision-making and strategic tasks You plan and implement strategic projects in the Corporate Digital Innovation & Development Division and thus make a measurable contribution to the area objectives You effectively tune teams, departments and stakeholders to each other and ensure that common goals are achieved Analyzing internal and external trends, deriving sound recommendations for action and preparing concise policy proposals for management You moderate workshops to promote innovation and digital transformation You monitor strategic initiatives, perform tasks and communicate results at Leadership level within the field

You have a degree in business, IT or digital transformation or a comparable qualification You communicate safely with stakeholders at all levels and like to present You have several years of experience in consulting, strategy work, organisational development, communication and the agile working world You have the pleasure of working on diverse topics with different stakeholders and bringing a strong willingness to learn and an interest in self-employed work with You want to achieve real impact in the area by strengthening structures and actively promoting a strategic mindset You show your own initiative, have an analytical understanding as well as the ability to look over the edge of the plate and bring together overarching topics
