In this position, you maintain a firm customer object and provide together with colleagues to ensure that the Building technology works smoothly on site.

Your duties

• Monitoring of technical facilities

• Implementation of controls and documentation

• Coordination and support of external service providers

• Small repairs and general mastery activities

Your profile

• Complete vocational training in commercial or technical Area

• First professional experience in facility management, building technology or Household technology

• Good knowledge of German in word and writing

• Willingness to participate in the call readiness service (incl. Additional remuneration)

• Class B licence
