Your role
As a project manager Customer Care Hunting & Nature (m/w/x), you are responsible for personnel and budget planning at several German locations as well as for a perfect interface communication. In addition, you will accompany transformative projects in the customer service.
Your tasks include: Coordination of international service projects within the product
Project management and coordination of derived tasks
Identify, redefine and integrate optimization potentials within existing customer support processes
Leadership of interdisciplinary teams
Risk Management: Early detection of deviations, development of solutions and conflict resolution
Technical advice, communication and interface between customer and internal departments
Initiation, moderation and leadership of team-wide votes to promote efficient cooperation
Active participation and implementation of improvement measures to ensure excellent customer support for the existing and future product portfolio
Development and implementation of sustainable, economic service and support concepts for new products
Close cooperation with international suppliers
Graduate degree (MBA, Master, Diploma) in the field of BWL, Economic Engineering or Similar
Multiannual professional experience in Customer Support, Service or Project Management or Digital Devices/Services
Extensive enthusiasm for hunting and natural observation and a very high level of market understanding and customer orientation
