Educational work Planning and design of the group everyday Promoting and observing child development Collaboration with the language cure teacher as well as other therapists (ergotherapists, logo teachers, curative teachers) Creation of development documentation and funding plans Participation in cooperation with other institutions and the Parental Advisory Board (including participation in meetings) Parental work Implementation of parental talks (development, initial and admission talks) Organisation of parental evenings and connoisseurs Support for applications and administrative parents Organisation and administration Budget management and procurement of materials Cooperation with institution, school office, AJS school and regular kindergarten Participation in teacher conferences Participation in the further development of the cooperation between language healing and regulating kindergarten

Completed training as a state-recognized or comparable educational qualification Experience in working with children with special needs, especially in the field of language Organisational and team skills Communication strength and empathy in dealing with parents and colleagues Willingness to participate in funding plans and development documentation
