Creation of performance directories, coordination and optimization of offers and participation in the procurement in the field of open-air and landscape construction (LPH 6-7) Individually responsible preparation, monitoring and handling of construction projects (LPH 8) Coordination of subcontractors and ensuring a smooth construction process Monitoring of costs, dates and quality As a construction manager, central contact persons for clients, planners, authorities and subcontractors Compliance with VOB, safety and environmental regulations on your construction sites

successfully completed study in the field of landscape architecture, civil engineering, free space planning or a comparable qualification (e.g. experienced technician/master in gala building with strong administrative focus) Professional experience in the tendering and construction management, ideally complete in the HOAI performance phases 6–9 Understanding the HOAI, the VOB (Parts A, B and C) as well as the relevant standards and guidelines in gardening and landscape construction / civil engineering Safe handling of common AVA software (e.g. RIB iTWO, Nevaris, CaliforniaPro) and MS Office Structured, precise and solution-oriented operation, enforcement capacity and communication strength Class B licence for the performance of construction site appointments
