Key job responsibilities

• Create, supervise and promote a culture of security and well-being

A day in the life You work at one of our locations during shift operation and make sure that the processes there are as productive as possible. Priority Your activity is the management and promotion of a safety culture and the maintenance of the quality and performance standards of the work layers. You also supervise the process improvements in your area and organize the implementation. A typical working day can look quite different and includes both routine team management and daily work tasks as well as process improvement and extensive operational tasks for the eventual case. Basic qualifications

• completed studies or alternatively recognised degree
• at least. 2 years of leadership experience in a similar position
• Relevant experience in communication with different stakeholders, including colleagues and executives
• Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to justify business decisions
• Advanced English and German knowledge in word and writing Preferred qualifications
• Experience in working with Lean, Six-Sigma and Kaizen methods
• Experience with work in another logistics environment
• Experience in working with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
