Acquisition of own subproject responsibility in ongoing strategy projects and independent processing of diverse tasks Supporting the team by Desk Research, for example in the field of trend research or innovation and new technologies Joint development of innovative strategic approaches in the team to shape our company's future Creation of workshop concepts, pitch decks, as well as evaluations in Excel Support for analysis activities, e.g. communication, target group and competitive analyses Support of various project teams in strategy implementation Working with the development of processes and documentation, as well as templates for successful project work with internal and external stakeholders

You study BWL, Psychology, Sociology, Economic Engineering, etc. with deepenings in strategic planning and/or market or Consumer research Ideal knowledge of the OKR method First practical experience in innovation management, strategy or fire management as well as in the planning and implementation of workshops A structured, solution-oriented and precise way of working, strategic thinking and pronounced analytical skills Team player with persuasive power and enforcing ability, empathy and communicative strength Very good knowledge of German and English as well as knowledge with MS Office products
