Administrative tasks: administration and introduction of applications of the omnichannel platform (OKP) as well as of the BankingWorkSpace (BWS), including control and optimization of the internal bank processes

Process analysis: continuous observation and analysis of developments in the Omnikanal platform (OKP) and the BankingWorkSpace (BWS) and preparation of recommendations for action

Digitization projects: active cooperation in projects to digitize processes and services

Innovation Management: Takeover of Tasks in Bank’s Innovation and CVP teams

Collaboration: Cooperation with colleagues and departments to promote efficient and innovative workflows

Digital transformation: participation in the design and implementation of measures for the digital transformation of the bank

Application support: Support and empowerment of employees in the use of new applications on the omnichannel platform

Your profile: ideally a successfully completed banking study or similar professional qualifications

ideally project experience in a bank or a comparable environment

well-founded knowledge in the control organizational areas as well as in process management

pronounced analytical and conceptual thinking capacity as well as a structured and solution-oriented operation
