Head of Production and Assembly Hygiene Products (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the production and assembly of hygiene products (pumps and valves) Ensuring timely production in compliance with quality and cost targets Planning, control and monitoring of all production processes Technical and disciplinary leadership of the department Leadership, development and motivation of the production and assembly teams or their heads Staff requirements planning and training of employees Promoting safety and quality-oriented corporate culture Efficient organization of production and assembly areas as well as constant optimization of work and process processes taking into account operational requirements and objectives Participation in the creation of departmental objectives and investment planning and implementation of individual projects Recording and monitoring of KPIs and project status Compliance with order & cleanliness Representation within the framework of Site -Visits by Customers Participation in Reporting Calls

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, process engineering or comparable Alternatively: Technical training with training as master/technician and corresponding experience Multiannual leadership experience in industrial production, ideally in pumping, plant engineering or hygiene technology Good English knowledge of word and writing Funded knowledge in assembly processes and production control Experience with Lean Methods and Continuous Improvement Knowledge of product requirements and standards of the hygiene and/or pharmaceutical industry are advantageous
