From the first idea of a new packaging via engineering, manufacturing, assembly and commissioning, state-of-the-art packaging technology for the confectionery industry is being developed in the Upper Franconian Altendorf. LoeschPack has been a subsidiary of the family-run Piepenbrock group since 1982.

Active cooperation in operational IT operations Professional and disciplinary leadership of the IT team (3 employees) and further development of employees Ensuring stable, secure and smooth operation of the entire IT infrastructure (clients, servers, networks, periphery) Maintenance, system updates, new installations and rollouts of hardware and software Administration and development of the server and network landscape Support for technical questions and practical implementation of IT requirements Working with IT and digitization projects focusing on technical implementation Analysis, standardization and continuous improvement of existing IT processes and system landscapes Support and further development of IT systems in office IT, CAD, PDM and adjacent applications Close cooperation with the central IT of the parent company on technical topics, security requirements and system standards Selection, procurement, installation and commissioning of IT hardware and software in coordination with the specialist departments

You have completed training or completed studies in IT Multiannual practical work experience in the operational IT environment (e.g. system administration, IT support, infrastructure) Multiannual experience in leading teams Very good knowledge in client management, networks, server infrastructure and office IT Ideally experience with CAD/PDM systems as well as production or operating IT (OT) High technical affinity and pronounced hands-on mentality Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication strength in direct exchange with users Responsibility and willingness to take on operational responsibility in the daily business
