As a (senior) manager in the field of Supply Chain & Integrated Business Planning, you take over several equalized priority tasks: Business Development Customer Address, Supply Chain Planning and Presales Activities. Market analysis and support in marketing and sales planning.

Development Consulting Product Implementation and coordination of internal projects to further develop the Supply Chain & Integrated Business Planning area. Conception, construction and continuous development of innovative methods, processes and structures in this area. Control of project communication and stakeholder management. Guidance of consultants and close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams. Project management and expert in customer projects Analysis of existing processes, identification of optimization potentials and execution of strategic recommendations for action in the field of supply chain planning. Overall responsibility for consulting projects including ensuring sustainable, measurable results. Design and implementation of innovative planning processes, scenarios and optimization strategies including development of business cases. Technology use: evaluation and selection of suitable IT solutions (e.g. SAP IBP, Anaplan, Kinaxis, SAP SAC, Tagetik).

Very well completed master studies (BWL, economic engineering, logistics, supply chain management, etc.). Multiannual experience in supply chain planning (e.g. demand planning, sales & operations planning, integrated business planning, production or distribution planning). Experience with business development and acquisition in the consulting environment. Deep knowledge of relevant planning tools and methods. Strong analytical skills and process understanding. Experience in dealing with stakeholders at management level. Communication strength, team orientation and motivation to take responsibility. Current knowledge of German and English.
