• Coordination of the establishment and operational construction of new SPVs for the renewable energy business, including the acquisition of the required corporate permissions, cooperation with Uniper functions, the commissioning of external service providers, the creation of legal documents and the maintenance of document archives

• Ensuring compliance with the governance of renewable energy companies in their respective countries. Maintenance and updating of compliance task lists, coordination of the timely implementation of governance-related measures with internal teams, monitoring document filing and reporting on compliance status to the management bodies of the company

• Track and analyze external administrative services expenditure, regularly check costs and plan future expenditure on the basis of the project pipeline

• Continuous improvement of internal management processes related to the management of renewable energy companies. Development and updating of policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with process descriptions, identifying responsibilities gaps, proposal of improvements, coordination with stakeholders

• Promote the automation of administrative processes for companies in the field of renewable energy. Identify automation options, coordinate coordination with relevant parties and facilitate training for all stakeholders

• Training of renewable energy teams to manage processes based on Uniper's functional integration model to ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements

• Degree in economics, law, engineering or related fields

• Basic understanding of solar or wind technologies is advantageous

• Embossed problem-solving competence and the ability to coordinate and organize teams

• Experience in process imaging is very desirable

• Experience in project work and the ability to cope with matrix structures

• Strong team player with a proactive, service-oriented way of thinking

• High sense of responsibility, sense of responsibility and initiative

• Ability to work effectively in undefined processes and propose structured solutions

• Commitment to continuously improve business processes and internal policies, including stakeholder management, dealing with objections and finding compromise solutions
