What you do with us: You design and implement IT requirements for our Creative Hub – in close cooperation with internal and external IT service providers. You continuously develop our creation and content processes in our marketing tools, including the integration of modern AI solutions for the automation and optimization of workflows. In addition, you create and optimize layout and content templates that strengthen our brand communication technically and creatively. You also take over the administration of the Censhare production system and provide 1st and 2nd level support for REWE marketing. You work in exciting and overarching marketing projects - for example, with a view to introducing and expanding a self-service platform for content creation And last but not least, you are training marketing teams in dealing with the DAM system with clear instructions, practical training and best practices.

What convinces us: An education or study in the field of media design, IT, digital media or a comparable educational path – alternatively relevant project experience in media production, content processes or marketing technologies. Multiannual experience in IT project management in the context of content or marketing technology. Technical understanding and experience in the further development of DAM-/CMS systems, ideally related to creation or content processes. Your safe handling of popular tools such as MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud and modern AI tools. Ability to communicate complex technical topics in a clear and comprehensible manner, and to cooperate safely with various stakeholders. Own initiative, structured work and joy in agile, interdisciplinary teams.
