You take over the technical and organizational management of the Kita Büderich and lead and promote the educational team in an appreciation and targeted manner. You are responsible for creating and coordinating the service plans and ensure reliable personnel planning. You continuously develop the pedagogical concept together with the team and ensure their implementation in the Kita everyday. You are responsible for child protection and ensure the implementation of the corresponding protection concepts and procedures. You take over the reporting and documentation management and ensure compliance with statutory reporting and documentation obligations. You create funding plans and accompany their implementation in everyday pedagogy. You regularly take part in management conferences and actively participate in overarching technical and organizational issues. You shall ensure a secure and responsible handling of reporting and documentation obligations and the proper storage of documents in accordance with § 47 SGB VIII.

Qualification: state. Recognition for the educator (w/m/d), health education (w/m/d), social education (w/m/d) or a comparable educational qualification with state recognition. multiannual professional experience: You already know the work in the KiTa and are familiar in handling KiBiz and Kita Plus as well as Kitalino and the Beta seal.
