Application Engineer (m/f/d)

Support our laboratory team in the development and optimization of paint systems Conducting laboratory tests and customer-specific tests Technical advice of our customers and sales around painting and coating processes Application technical support of our customers – both in the house and on site Accompanying product launches and serial operations with the customer Analysis and optimization of coating processes (process recordings) Participation in the further development of our products in the industrial segment Support for sales, e.g. for training or technical presentations Processing complaints and development of sustainable solutions

Completed training with further training to the technician or master in the field of lacquer / coating technology alternative: studies in the field of process engineering, chemistry or comparable Ideally, first practical experience in the field of industrial lacquers or surface technology (also motivated professional beginners are explicitly welcome) Technical understanding and interest in chemical and physical relationships Joy in handling customers and an open, communicative way Self-structed, structured working and high level of learning Flexibility and readiness for occasional outdoor operations
