This is what we want to secure the carefree use of IT and increase customer satisfaction.

You are responsible for managing and imple­menting our Microsoft-based terminal server environment in order to ensure a frictionless operation of our cloud workstation. In addition, you are a contact partner (m/w/d) for 2nd and 3rd level interference and perform comprehensive error analyses to quickly identify and resolve technological problems As part of your work, you will also implement continuous improvement measures and ensure careful documentation.

You have successfully completed your training as a specialist (m/w/d) system integration, or you can demonstrate similar professional experience. Basic knowledge of Citrix and Microsoft terminal server technologies are desirable You have good knowledge of German in word and writing Teamability and flexibility as well as analytical and conceptual thinking characterize you Your strengths also include responsible, tight and service-oriented action
