Background & Role In order to strengthen our maintenance team, we are looking for a dedicated and technically versed personality that contributes to ensuring a smooth production operation with specialist knowledge, analytical thinking and a structured working method. In this role, you contribute to the maintenance and optimization of our plants and work closely with internal specialist areas as well as external partners.

Maintenance, preventive maintenance and repair of production facilities, machinery and peripherals Participation in plant optimizations, reconstructions and technical improvements Analysis of recurring disturbances and derivation and implementation of appropriate preventive measures in coordination with internal departments and external service providers Systematic troubleshooting and sustainable troubleshooting in the mechanical, electrical and pneumatic environment in close cooperation with the Industrial Engineering and Operations Support interfaces Participation in the design and commissioning of new plants, machines and equipment Documentation of works, changes and disturbances Cooperation and coordination with external service providers and suppliers Coordination and organisation of spare parts management

Completed training as mechatronics, electronics technician for industrial engineering, industrial mechanic or comparable technical qualification Vocational experience in a comparable activity is desirable Embossed technical interest and joy in understanding complex relationships High problem-solving competence and analytical thinking Willingness to work on new and complex topics, installations and technologies Safe handling of technical drawings, schematics and documentation Self-employed, structured and responsible work Teamability and Communication Strength Basic knowledge of automation technology / control technology of advantage (e.g. PLC, sensor technology, actuators) Responsibility for quality, work safety and plant availability Cooperation with colleagues Reliability and high readiness German language skills in word and writing
