The following activities are included in your task: You guide the preparation, organization and monitoring of difficult and large construction projects from concept to completion. You coordinate and monitor demanding construction and project activities. You ensure compliance with building and quality standards, regulations and safety regulations. You create budgets, cost estimates, cost tracking lists and schedules. You monitor the costs and dates and ensure regular reporting. You check and release invoices and ensure the proper accounting of all project costs. You communicate with customers, architects, engineers and other project participants. You solve complex problems and conflicts at the construction site to ensure the smooth running of the project. You carry out tenders and forget construction services, including the evaluation of offers and negotiation of contracts with contractors and suppliers. You will ensure work security at the construction site by maintaining and monitoring all relevant safety regulations and standards. You guide and support team members to maximize their performance and create a productive working environment.

Complete university studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification. At least five years of professional experience in construction and project management, ideally in construction and in performance phases 6–9 according to HOAI. Experience in the leadership and motivation of teams as well as in the coordination of large and complex construction projects. High self-initiative, readiness for performance and a structured and targeted way of working. Impressed communication skills and negotiation skills in dealing with various project participants. Safe handling of common office applications and experience in the application of project management software (e.g. MS Project). Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
