The following tasks are your responsibility: Design and development of digital customer service and depot processes from a strategic perspective Leadership and promotion of a team of around 40 employees, structured in four groups Ensuring stable, efficient, regulatory and customer-centric processes in investment depot business Close coordination with internal partners to improve the end-to-end service and process landscape Function as a partnerin for the change organization in the development of digital solutions and customer service systems (BISO) Control and implementation of digitalization and transformation projects in close coordination with specialist areas and IT
