In this role you are responsible for the 360-degree consideration and advice of end users for our home care products. Telephone consulting of customers, the field service and clinics and practices Optimisation of the supply routine of our customers and the provision of tips for the daily use of our products New customer registration, order registration, acceptance of service and product complaints including a fast and clear documentation in the CRM system Ensuring the optimal supply of customers with internal cutting points You will be responsible for the untrained communication between the customer service, our external service staff, nurses and nurses. Telephonic support of marketing activities, as well as transposition of cross- and upselling measures
