Project and Event Coordinator Rescue Service (m/f/d)

In addition to a modern helicopter fleet, our crews have high-quality medical equipment. As part of the ADAC Air Rescue, you take a central role in organizing and performing events with a medical-rescue background. You support projects, events and trade fairs around our helicopters and actively contribute your organizational strength. Event and event organization - You plan, coordinate and conduct events in the field of rescue services and medicine. In doing so, you ensure a smooth process and involve all relevant internal and external stakeholders. Participation process - You assess and evaluate the formal requirements for participation in events, including all relevant demo processes. Presentations & Documents - You will create and advise presentations that convey content clearly, structured and targeted. Promotional Conception - You design and develop advertising materials that effectively support our events and projects. Project Management - You support projects administratively and organizationally and reliably keeps in mind relevant deadlines, requirements and voting processes.

The theory sits – you have completed training or study in event or project management or on a comparable qualification with a focus on organisation, event planning or project-related tasks. Professional experience – You bring well-founded experience in project or event management and could ideally be active in the rescue service or in a similar medical or safety-relevant environment. Know-How – You are safe in handling MS-Office, especially PowerPoint, ideally bringing experience in using digital project management tools. Communication – You master German on C1 level, communicate clearly and reliably and convince with social competence in dealing with different appeals. What completes your profile – your Germany-wide travel readiness and your class B driving licence allow you to perform your tasks flexibly and to act reliably and team-oriented.
