Your mission: leadership with substance and vision

As a commercial manager, you will be responsible for the economic development of your region together with the regional management. You create clarity, enable growth and lead your team through operational excellence. Your duties You work with the regional management on the long-term economic development of your region – with a large design freedom for your ideas You are responsible for monthly financial statements, budgets and forecasts – precise, forward-looking and in close coordination with the regional management, branches and the headquarters You analyse the economic situation and implement targeted measures for further development You lead and develop the commercial team with empathy and clarity – You are Sparring partners, coach and model You secure liquidity in your region and keep all relevant factors in mind – from receivable management to legal frameworks You are responsible for the payroll of the industrial employees – supported by the department in the headquarters

Business studies or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in a commercial leadership role, ideally in the industrial service industry In-depth know-how in financial management, controlling and contracting Communication strength to easily and convincingly convey complex topics A natural leadership style that motivates, promotes and takes responsibility Good knowledge of SAP systems and MS Office
