Together with the DevOps team, you continue to operate and develop our containerized applications and platform services on Kubernetes – with the goal: robust, automated, scalable. You ensure reliable operation of the IT and platform infrastructure (including server/VMs, storage, databases, interfaces and relevant resystems) – including patch, capacity and lifecycle management. You increase availability and performance through observability (monitoring, alerting, logging) and address disturbances in a structured manner (analysis, sustainable troubleshooting, post-mortems/learnings). You work closely with development and other IT teams (e.g. for deployments, releases, troubleshooting) and continuously improve interfaces and operating processes. You are actively promoting automation (e.g. CI/CD, deployment standards, self-services) – from technical design to implementation.
Completed IT training (e.g. specialist) or a completed study of computer science, information technology or a comparable qualification. Very good knowledge of Linux, container technologies and Kubernetes; Experience in the operation of productive environments is a plus. Practice in at least one of these fields: CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, Configuration Management or Scripting (e.g. Bash/Python) – You like to make things “repeatable”. Ideally experience with tools/components such as ArgoCD, Tekton, Keycloak, Artifactory, Liquibase, MinIO, HashiCorp (or comparable solutions). You think service-oriented, work structured and solve problems like sustainable – not only “quick & dirty”. Team spirit, clear communication and a good feeling for priorities – even if several topics come simultaneously. German language skills and good English skills.
