Remuneration and Support Officer (m/f/d)

Own-sponsored support of the entire payroll process for a defined group of employees, as well as all topics relating to payroll accounting and staff administration Self-fulfilment of monthly wage and salary accounting including examination and post-processing Processing of special operations such as occupational pension schemes, corporate car schemes, allowances or one-off payments Care, testing and management of personal and master data Implementation of reporting and certification and correspondence with authorities, offices and social security institutions Administrative monitoring of entry and exits as well as supervision of accounting-relevant employee processes Contact person (m/w/d) for employees and managers in all accounting, tax and social insurance issues Participation in financial statements, audits and legal reports

Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the field of pay billing, human resources or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in payment accounting Good knowledge of labour, wage and social security law Safe handling of common HR systems and Microsoft 365 High numerical affinity and a structured, careful and reliable operation Expressed sense of responsibility, discretion and service orientation Communication strength and joy in consulting employees and executives Teamability, flexibility and a solution-oriented approach
